Shipping

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may vary slightly during collection launches or periods of high demand.

At this time, Ash Woven Co. ships within the United States. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Ash Woven Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control once a package has left our facility.


Returns

We hope every piece brings beauty and intention into your space. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused

  • Items must be in original condition

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns that meet these conditions will be eligible for a refund minus shipping and a 15% restocking fee, which covers inspection, processing, and repackaging.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your financial institution.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Final Sale

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
